Please read and agree to the following terms in connection with your attendance at Rogua Spain25 (“Rogua”). To participate and ensure the safety of all attendees, you must agree to the following: 

Refundable Period - You may cancel your reservation for a full refund until 7/6/25. Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to process.

Non-Refundable Period - Cancellations made from 7/6/25 and later are non refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations during this period. To request reservation modifications during this period, please contact us.

Please be aware that our refund policy differs from the standard hotel policy found on their website. As your booking is made through Rogua and not directly with the hotel, the terms outlined above apply specifically to reservations made with Rogua.

Cancellation or Change of retreat.     Rogua may, in its sole discretion, (i) cancel the Event and terminate this Agreement (a “Cancellation”), or (ii) change the dates of the Event and/or move the Event to another location (a “Modification”).  In the event of a Modification, Rogua will strive to adhere to the advertised Event program but reserves the right to, in its absolute and sole discretion, alter the attendee package as deemed necessary in Rogua’s sole discretion.  Additionally, Rogua shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavorable conditions arising directly or indirectly by virtue of a cause or causes not reasonably within the control of Rogua. Causes for such action beyond the control of Rogua shall include, but are not limited to: fire, casualty, flood, epidemic, pandemic, Covid and related occurrences, earthquake, explosion, accident, blockage, embargo, inclement weather, governmental restraints, orders or regulations, act of a public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, impairment or lack of adequate transportation, inability to secure sufficient labor, technical or other personnel, labor union disputes, loss of lease or other termination by Event Location, municipal, state or federal laws, national laws of another country or acts of God.  Attendee waives any and all claims against Rogua or its affiliates related to, arising from or in connection with a Cancellation or Modification. Refunds in the event of any Cancellation shall be made to attendee in the amount of the amount paid by attendee to Rogua hereunder, less a prorated adjustment based on costs incurred from relocating the Event.  In the event of a Modification, Rogua shall apply all amounts paid by attende toward attendee’s right to attend such new location and/or on such new dates.

Safety Protocols: 
I agree to abide by all health and safety rules, regulations, and guidelines established by Rogua, whether adopted now or in the future. 

Waiver: 
I understand that attending Rogua may expose me to inherent risks. I willingly assume full responsibility for any risks, including serious illness or death, that may result from my attendance at Rogua or participation in any activities. 

Release: 
In consideration of these risks and my voluntary attendance at Rogua, I hereby release Rogua (the “Company”), their affiliates, principals, agents, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action related to my attendance at Rogua, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. This agreement is binding upon me and my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, and transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full legal force and effect. 

I give full permission for any person connected with Rogua to administer necessary medical aid and, in case of serious illness or injury, to seek medical or surgical care and transportation to a medical facility on my behalf. 

Assumption of Risk: 
I acknowledge the inherent risk involved in attending large gatherings and the subsequent risk of illness or death. I knowingly and freely assume all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties. 

Indemnification: 
I agree to indemnify the Released Parties and defend and hold them harmless from any claims, lawsuits, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any loss, liability, or third-party claims related to (i) the illness or death of any person(s) due to my negligent or intentional acts while attending Rogua, (ii) my failure to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and all rules, regulations, and guidelines instituted by Rogua, the venue, or any third parties providing goods and services at Rogua, and (iii) the enforcement by the Company of its rights under this Agreement. 

Acknowledgment: 
I have read and understood the foregoing assumption of risk and release of liability. By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I am waiving valuable legal rights and that this agreement obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any losses, claims, or liability, including illness or death, caused by my negligent or intentional acts or omissions.
